Consular fees 

By law, Belgian consular fees are published in Euros (EUR). In Canada one has to pay the equivalent in Canadian dollars (CAD). The exchange rate is adapted regularly by decision of Belgian Foreign Affairs.   

Beware of fraudulent websites that offer so-called consular services! 
  
Consular fees: in Dutch or in French

 
Payment methods

  • By Postal Money Order (issued by Canada Post) or bank draft/certified cheque (issued by a Canadian financial institution) made out to 'Consulate General of Belgium'.
  • Credit card or debit card payment only at counter. 
  • KINDLY NOTE: Personal cheques, international cheques or bank transfers are NOT accepted.
